We do have a store front location on the outskirts of Denver Colorado! We are located inside PLASTICARE off Santa Fe and Oxford in Englewood Colorado. If you happen to be in the state please come by and see us. We have over 10,000 square feet of warehouse filled with 48 x 96 lasers and 60” x 120” cnc routers to accommodate the largest of projects!

Description

At Denver Acrylics, We give you the ultimate print experience to craft any pattern you can create and then put that design directly onto our endless options of materials. Choose from our large library of patterns ready to print or jump over to our Custom Patterns page and upload your own design.

Tips:

  • Sheet Color: This is the material you will choose for us to print the image on. Think of it as your starting surface or your base.
  • Single or Double Sided: Here you can choose whether you would like us to print one side or both sides of your sheet.
  • Print Color: This is the pattern color that we will print onto your sheet. If you don't see a preset color that you like feel free to google a hex code value and paste that into the "Need More Options" box.
  • Example: If you choose a sheet color of white, double sided, and tan we are going to pull a sheet of white acrylic and print the pattern in a tan color on both sides of your sheet.
Patterned Acrylic – Laser Settings

The printed pattern should always be face up with the masked side of the sheet touching the honeycomb bed. If you are cutting a double sided print make sure to raise the sheet off the bed by using our stand off pads or scraps.

These are our recommended starting points. You may need to make adjustments! If not cutting through, try adjusting the speed down by increments of 5 speed. If material is burning, try increasing by increments of 5.
